Teddy Daka is the Group CEO of the Ansys Limited, an engineering company. Teddy holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management (Honours) and has completed several executive programmes at leading international business schools.
As the founder and chairman of Tedaka Investments Pty Ltd, an investment firm with interests across a swath of industries including defence, telecommunications, railways, mining, property and broadcasting, Teddy’s reputation as a visionary business leader and specialist in strategy and diversity management saw him play a pivotal role in the architecture of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) in South Africa.
He regularly acts as a trusted advisor and strategist to the public and private sectors, providing consultation services to both blue chip companies and several South African cabinet ministers in the areas of strategy, supply chain management and BBBEE. As a skilled and highly respected business consultant Teddy has a proven track record in improving growth through mergers and acquisitions.
With a career trajectory that spans chairing and serving on several major boards, as well as public sector task teams and committees, Teddy is a proponent of ethical, fair and equitable business practice. Teddy currently serves as the global chairman of the Aurecon Group Ltd (Australia), Tedaka Investments Pty Ltd (Chairman, RSA), and a trustee of the South African National Defence Force Education Trust (RSA).
Bonang Mohale is currently the Chairman and Country GM: Commercial of Shell South Africa (Pty) Limited, where he is Chairman of the boards of Shell South Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd; Shell South Africa Marketing (Pty) Ltd; Shell South Africa Refinery (Pty) Ltd and South African Petroleum Refinery (SAPREF).
He has served as a member in various forums, such as Institute of Marketing Management (IMM), and Association of Marketers (ASOM) and still serves as a member at Institute of Directors (IOD), Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and South Africa Israel Chamber of Commerce (SAICC). Some of Mr Mohale’s recent directorships include South African Airways (Pty) Limited, Hollard Insurance Company Limited, Swiss Re Africa limited as well as South African Express Airways (Pty) Limited. He has also been Chairman of Marketing Association of SA (MASA), Interim Board of the Marketing Association of SA, Global Village Holdings Ltd as well as Chartered Marketer of S.A., to name only a few of his most recent positions.
Mr Mohale’s post-graduate business education studies include a Certificate in Marketing and Sales Management, Basics of Pharmacology at Wits Medical School, three year Diploma in Marketing Management (IMM), eighteen months post-graduate advanced diploma in Marketing Management (IMM), Finance for Non-Financial managers (France), Director Development Programme on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany, International Programme in Management (Switzerland), School of Business Administration (USA), Total Quality Management (Spain) as well as a Chartered Marketer at IMM.
Polo Leteka is a highly accomplished and experienced entrepreneur and private equity investor. She is the Executive Director and co-Founder of IDF Capital - a South African based entrepreneurial financier and advisory firm. Through IDF Capital, Polo has contributed towards channelling investments into women owned SMEs across South Africa. In 2015, she co-founded Alitheia Identity to continue investing in high growth businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa that are women owned and led.
Polo is an accountant by training, and has varied experience in both the Public and Private sectors of South Africa which includes accounting and auditing, corporate finance, investment banking, public policy formulation and venture capital and private equity in the SME sector. At a fairly young age, Polo was tasked with leading the process of developing South Africa's first ever Codes of Good Practice on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment which is a Government policy seeking to transform the South African economic landscape to be more reflective of its population demographics. As a result of this ground breaking work which has changed how Corporate South Africa interacts with the rest of the economy, she is considered a thought leader in areas of economic transformation and development.
Polo was previously the Chief Director: BEE for the DTI; Fund Manager for Standard Property Income Fund; Research Analyst for Aloecap (Pty) Ltd and Trainee Accountant at Gobodo Inc. She was also a Director on the Board of SAVCA, Trustee on the SAB Entrepreneurship Foundation, City of Jo’burg Economic Development Advisory Panel member, Member of a sub-committee of the BBBEE Advisory Council and Deputy President of ABSIP. She has a B.Com, (Accounting) (UWC); BCompt Hons. (UNISA) and Higher Diploma in Auditing (UJ).
Polo is an accomplished public speaker, contributor to thought leadership articles on transformation and entrepreneurship. She was also part of South Africa's version of the Dragons Den show and is also a co-Author of a book called ".....and for all these reasons, I'M IN.....", which seeks to assist entrepreneurs to become investor ready.
Dr Yondela Ndema works at Sasol as a Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, responsible to provide Compliance and Ethics assurance and governance for Sasol in all the countries where Sasol operates.
She is an admitted Advocate, who matriculated at 15 and is currently in possession of a B. Proc (University of Natal), LLB (University of Natal), LLM (Tax Law – UCT) and Doctorate (Law - UCT) degrees with a specific passion and specialty in commercial transactions, tax law, labour law, securities law, risk, compliance, and mercantile law. Furthermore, she holds seven post-graduate certificates in Money Laundering (RAU); Advanced Corporate Law & Securities Law (UNISA); Compliance Management (UCT); Legal Writing (WITS); International Leadership Development Programme (GIBS); Supply Chain Management (Smeal College of Business: Pennsylvania – United States) and Leading Women (GIBS).
She is a Non-Executive Director at the Compliance Institute of South Africa. Other previous board positions include:

Phokeng Mohatlane is the CIO of the Cross Boarder Road Transport Agency providing a balance of business and technical competencies to add value at a strategic level of the organisation.
Phokeng is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the ICT industry spanning across both public and private sector. She established herself as an IT business leader and a well-rounded digitization professional focusing on converting traditional businesses to digital businesses.
Phokeng is also a Radio Talk Show Host at Ubuntu Radio Station. Her show broadcasts live every Sunday from 15h00 to 17h00 on the DSTV Audio Bouquet with listenership across Africa and parts of Europe tackling everyday life and topical socio-economic related issues.
J Michael Judin is a Senior Partner with 34 Years of Practice at Judin Combrinck Inc (Illovo). His areas of practice are Commercial, Competition Law, Corporate, Intellectual Property, International trade laws & treaties, Internet Law / E-Commerce, Joint Ventures and Acquisitions , Labour Law, Licensing, Litigation (Commercial), Litigation (Corporate), Media , Property Law, Trade and Industry.
Michael is admitted as an attorney in Botswana, Lesotho and Swaziland, is a member of the International Bar Association and an associate member of the American Bar Association. Michael is a member of the e-Commerce Advisory Committee of the Financial Services Board of South Africa. He is an Honorary Member of the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa (“IOD”) and sits on the Nomination Committee of the IOD. He is a member of the Committee which wrote the Code for Responsible Investing in South Africa (CRISA). Michael Judin is chairman of one Company, and a non-executive director of another, quoted on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange as well as a director of several private companies. He is also a member of the task team on King III and IV.

Dudu Msomi was awarded the 2013 Laureate Award by the University of Pretoria as a GIBS Alumnus to honour her outstanding contribution in her field of choice. Dudu Msomi was selected by the US Consulate in South Africa to be part of the mentoring programme with FORTUNE/US State Department Global Women Leaders from 25 April – 21 May 2010. Dudu Msomi was selected in 2015 as a mentee on the Cherie Blair Foundation.
